Refund Policy
- We can only offer refunds if the complaint has arrived within 48 hours of the disputed event
- We cannot offer higher refunds than the disputed amount
- We can only offer refunds for services provided by our site and not forbidden by our Rules: Private, Cam2Cam, Tips
- In case of Tips, we can only refund if there was a clear agreement between the Model and the User about the exact request and the amount of Tokens
- We cannot refund cases where there was a technical issue on the user side or in case of Spying
- We cannot offer a full refund if the disputed Private/Cam2Cam show was more than 5 minutes long. If you are not satisfied with a show, please leave it immediately AND rate low, describing in the comment why.
